Mr. Holt is a faculty member of both the National Conservatory in Rouen (France) and the National School of Music in Montreuil (France), where he is in charge of the symphonic and chamber orchestras. He regularly participates in the creation of workshops for professional vocalists. As a composer, Mr. Holt is the author of several works of chamber music, melodies and music for the theater. He is a board member of the French associations ADAMI and Musique Nouvelle en Liberté and the Gustav Mahler Library in Paris.

Most recently, Mr. Holt's conducting credits include a debut in the USA with the Florida Philharmonic Orchestra and a production of "Symphonie Fantastique" in Italy with the Teatro Massimo Orchestra. Upcoming engagements include the production of "Die Zauberflöte" with the Orchestre des Concerts Colonne in Paris and, as a part of the Melbourne Festival, the worldwide premiere of the opera "Motherland" in Australia and a Roussel/Mozart symphonic program with the Orchestre Symphonique de Tours in France.
